The flow manager is responsible for organizing transport operations. To do so, it must meet customer expectations by satisfying rigorous criteria such as costs, deadlines, quality and traceability. He can rely on a dedicated control team to focus on customer satisfaction, with whom he communicates effectively.
Control Officers are accountable for tracking trucks using our mobile traceability app and a next-generation Transport Management System. They are in contact with operators and drivers 24/7. They make sure the loading, transport, and unloading processes run smoothly.
Business Developers are in charge of producing sales strategies and prospecting plans. They identify, contact, and draft contracts for customers interested in our transport organisation solutions. In collaboration with Freight Forwarders, they then draw up our offers.
Administrative Coordinators deal with all the administrative processes relating to our transport activities in close collaboration with the company’s various departments, customers, and subcontractors.
